As part of a year-long contract with Microsoft, I was responsible for the migration of their intranet site MSWeb from WSS 2.0 to SharePoint 2007, to showcase the new technology which was in Beta at the time. The majority of my contribution to the project involved translating the agency comp into ASP.NET master pages and custom CSS and creating a variety of individual page layouts for several page types. I also worked with many programmers to develop custom XSL for Content by Query webparts. I worked with a vendor team to assure quality during the migration of over 700 pages of information. After final launch, I customized the templates further to make the data-input process more user friendly.
